THE OPPORTUNITY
I AM REEL is developing an AI visualization engine that transforms a person's goal and reference photos into personalized cinematic future experiences. A manually produced proof of concept demonstrates the intended output. The next step is automating the production workflow into secure, repeatable software.

ONE ENGINE, THREE APPLICATIONS
Personal: My Future — individual goals, relationships, career, travel, home and life transitions.
Professional: Their Future — proposed workflows for counselors, coaches, educators and organizations helping clients picture personally chosen goals.
Global: Our Future — the Global Vision Project, a proposed collective positive-future storytelling application.

COMPANION PRODUCTS
Approved vision imagery can become affirmation cards, wallpapers, framed art, pillows, blankets, journals, candles, yoga mats and other print-on-demand products.

CURRENT STATUS
Pre-revenue. Personalized cinematic vision demonstrated manually. Conversational Vision Guide prototype developed. Backend/security architecture documentation prepared. One spiritual counselor and several spiritual-academy students have expressed interest. These are expressions of interest, not paid customers or formal pilots. Global synthesis, the integrated automated platform and automated product fulfillment are proposed capabilities.

TECHNOLOGY TO BUILD
Structured vision data, consent-led reference management, scene planning, model routing, generation tracking and retries, asset management, human quality review, cinematic assembly, secure delivery and product-ready artwork. The underlying generative models are third-party technology; potential proprietary value lies in orchestration and workflows.

BUSINESS MODEL
Personalized reels and still images; digital and print-on-demand Vision Collections; proposed professional organization packages. Pricing, margins, acquisition costs and organization terms require validation.

FUNDING PRIORITIES
Implement the first automated workflow; privacy, consent and quality controls; customer/professional pilots; generation-cost and willingness-to-pay validation; then product derivatives and Global concepts. Raise size and development timeline await technical scoping and cost estimates.

FOUNDER
Sheri Berry is a self-taught web designer, user experience architect and UX researcher whose web career began at Texas Instruments in 1994. She directs the creative vision, storytelling, customer experience and quality review, and has spent the past two years exploring AI-assisted visual storytelling.
